I have stayed all over the county and this home is in the running for first place. We have been to DC many times but this was our favorite rental by far. It’s beautifully redone, the rooftop was an incredible place to watch the sunset, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was incredibly spotless. Not even a finger print on an appliance. We loved being so close to union station and our teenagers loved everything about the house and location. We will be back!

This home was incredible. So beautiful inside (even more than in the pictures!) and was spacious for our group of 10. Walkable to many places and having CAVA and Whole Foods across from the house was the best. We Ubered a bit and it was easy for drivers to pick up and drop off. Several special touches within the home made us feel welcome and comfortable. Calvin and Illia were responsive in messaging. Wonderful stay!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! My colleagues and I absolutely loved our stay at Calvin and Illia’s beautiful townhome! The house was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos provided. The kitchen had everything you needed in it to be able to cook with ease. The beds were comfortable and clean.
You can easily and safely walk to Union Station from the house, and Whole Foods is right across the street! There is also a Starbucks within a two minute walk along with lots of fun restaurants to explore.
Calvin and Illia were extremely responsive and provided helpful answers to any questions we had!
The garage fit my Kia Sportage, but with 6-8” to spare - if you have a larger car, you will likely need to do street parking. However, Calvin and Illia offered to do the street parking registration if needed.

This was the perfect spot of our unplanned getaway to Washington DC! The house was cozy, clean and well stocked! Our contact person was very responsive when I locked myself out! We were close to all the monuments but far enough away to get some rest and be ready for the next day! We are leaving Washington well rested and full of American history!!

Awesome home!!! My family and I stayed the week before Christmas. The home was spotless and plenty of room for a family of 5. The home has garage, comfy beds and nice spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. The home is walkable to Union Market. Whole Foods and Starbucks are directly across the street. The DC Streetcar (free transportation) has a stop right at the home and it will drop you off at the door of Union Station if you need to take the metro. If you’re looking for cleanliness, responsive hosts and an all around great home, this is your place.

The home was lovely and the hosts we're very kind and responsive! Would highly recommend. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for our group. Amenities were top notch!Great location, convenient to the grocery store and all the historical sights.

Great house with all the comforts of home, even a garage for parking. Great location, only 15 minute walk to Union Station and right across from a Whole Foods. House appears to be recently renovated and was very clean and well decorated.

We had a great experience! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. We cooked 2 wonderful thanksgiving meals in the gourmet kitchen, played lots of games.

I cant say enough good things about this location. Not only was a quick walk from union station but easy to get down town with local transit and Ubers. So many great little spots around the property. Overall between the location, size, cleanliness, and just overall experience I wouldn’t hesitate to book this exact trip another time.

Our stay was a perfect getaway for my birthday! We enjoyed the DC area despite the government shutdown! We utilized public transportation comfortably. The apartment was excellent! We enjoyed cooking each night in the extremely well appointed kitchen! Highly recommended, clean, convenient and comfortable spot with plenty of room to relax in DC!
